We know that our pricing is among the lowest in the industry. We've been doing this for so long, it's become second nature to us. It simply doesn't take us nearly as long to conceptualize, design, and create as it might take others who are not quite as seasoned. And honestly, we just don't feel right about charging top dollar and taking money out of your pocket 'because we can'. We'd rather see you invest that back into your own success.

In order to maintain focus and keep our timelines moving, we do not offer discovery calls. Over the years, we've been able to streamline and refine our system and strategy down to a science. Every detail has been considered and laid out for you. So, with us, you really don't need them.

We also prefer written communication because it gives us specifics in your own words that we can refer back to as we work through your project. If you have questions beforehand, feel free to reach out via our contact form.

Depending on the package and optional add-ons you may choose, we anticipate your project will take between 1-3 weeks. To maintain a high level of focus and integrity, we only take on a few projects a month. In an effort to stay on track, we will respond to your inquiries quickly and thoroughly. We ask the same from you.

 An investment in your business branding will serve you for many years to come. Most of our clients will see a full return on their investment within 2-3 months. 

 Due to our super quick turnaround time, low price-point, and the fact that our work is created expressly for you, we do not offer payment plans. You are, however, welcome use one of the payment plans offered by our third-party payment processors, Stripe or PayPal.

If you choose to use commercial fonts in your design, you'll be responsible for purchasing the appropriate license(s). All of that will be discussed with you within the project, prior to finalizing your design.

The only other potential fee is for excessive revisions. Because this is a fixed-price agreement, each package comes with a set number of edits. Our Limited Edition package (The Edit) offers a single round of revisions.Our Signature package is a bit more extensive, so we offer two rounds of revisions. For either package, each additional revision after that will incur a $100 fee.

We're fully committed to protecting your privacy. Anything you share with us is used solely for the purpose of completing our work together. We will never share your information, unless required by Law.

We get it. Making a time and financial commitment can be scary, but if you genuinely believe your business has the potential to succeed, you've got to be willing to bet on yourself. You can cut corners on some business expenses, but branding is not one of them.

In just over a week, you;'l have the brand you've always dreamed of. Or maybe an even better one.

We know you can get a low-cost, budget logo design or brand voice packet on Etsy or Canva. But, then again, so can everyone else. And isn't the whole point of branding to set yourself above and look unique and professional? Using free, mass produced, low quality templates won't get you there. Also, since those elements are readily available, what's to stop anyone else (ahem, competitors) from duplicating your look? We'll work with you to provide an overall brand presence that's uniquely you.

Sadly, there are a lot of shysters out there. We've helped a lot of people who have been burned in the past by fly-by-night agencies spewing empty promises, only to disappear with their funds. But, we aren't one of them. We've been in business for a total of over 40 years between us, and over a decade together. We're not going anywhere. Our reputations are stellar and long-standing.
